Shipping policy

General

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (although orders generally ship out sooner). Upon shipment you will receive an email or text message notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or postal holidays.

Domestic Shipments

Orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in the great state of Georgia generally via DHL SmartMail Parcel (standard shipping). Larger quantity orders are shipped utilizing Fedex Ground. By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, DHL SmartMail Parcel is able to reach any domestic address, including PO boxes. Domestic shipping time is typically 5-7 business days. (Please note domestic shipping can sometimes take longer due to courier and delivery issues that are beyond our control.)

International Shipments

For the best experience, our international shipping is limited only to countries in which we can offer door-to-door tracking. This currently includes Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, US Outlying Islands, the United Kingdom, and Vatican City. If you don't see yours listed, try finding our store in your country by clicking "Find Your Country" in the top right corner.

International orders are shipped through a postal pre-sorter to ensure we can offer the lowest international rates, which means there may be a sorting delay between actual shipment and the tracking shown by USPS. International shipments can take at least 10 - 14 business days after this shipping and sorting window.

The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that your country may impose when the product arrives.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order. You will see the shipping cost before you submit your order.

SUPCASE cannot control or compensate for duties and taxes, which can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information about import regulations and fees.

Please note that SUPCASE is required by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.

Backorders

If one or more of the items in your order are not in stock, your order will not ship until all items are available. Once your full order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
